What started in 2002 as an outbound telemarketing operation with a dozen employees on card tables using hand-dialed phones has grown into one of most capable and diverse Business Process Outsourcers in the call center industry.
As energy deregulation started inching across the competitive landscape in the early 2000s, founders with a fierce enthusiasm and an unquenchable entrepreneurial spirit saw an opportunity. AGR Group merged its superior sales culture and industry-specific customer insight to become the retail energy industry’s most trusted customer acquisition partner.
The unique insights, technical expertise and competitive vantage point led them to develop additional brands to serve clients within specific functions. Over the last five years or so, Sales Verification Company, EnergyCare, All Global Resources and AGR Group all continued to evolve and deepen client relationships.
As we begin a new decade and expand our client base to partners outside of energy, we’re bringing all of those service offerings back under the AGR Group brand and executive team.
